Original design statement
Every geometric, southwestern-influenced or western motif sold by Saddleridge is an original design created for this store. Our products are not Native American or American Indian products and are not made by, for, or in association with any Indian tribe, tribal member or Indian arts and crafts organisation. We do not use tribal names, ceremonial symbols or protected iconography in any product, image or description. This statement is made in line with the Indian Arts and Crafts Act of 1990.
Material honesty statement
Where a listing says genuine leather the item is animal hide. Where it says faux leather (PU) it is polyurethane and contains no hide. A hide-look textile is described as a printed pattern, never as a skin. Fibre content is stated on every textile. We use only lawfully sourced livestock by-products and sell no exotic, wild, endangered (CITES-listed) or fur materials. This is our practice under the FTC Leather Guides and the Textile Fiber Products Identification Act.
01This agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of outwestboutique.shop and any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by OUT WEST BOUTIQUE, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, at 2710 Blanding Boulevard, Suite 8, Middleburg, Florida 32068, United States. By placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not order.
You must be 18 or older to place an order. Customers aged 13 to 17 may browse only with a parent or guardian, and anyone under 13 should not use the site.
02What we sell, and what we do not
Saddleridge sells physical home decor: woven textiles, leather and saddle-inspired hardware, rustic kitchen and tableware, wall and porch decoration, and entry storage. Everything is sold as a one-time purchase. There is no membership, no subscription, no stored balance and no loyalty points, so there is nothing to cancel or forfeit.
Categories we do not stock, deliberately
- No apparel. We sell no garments, jeans, boots, hats or wearable accessories. The apron in our range is household kitchen linen and the wall rack is furniture; neither carries a size.
- No open flame. We sell no candles, wicks, wax, fuel, lighters or fire starters. Our wall sconce ships with flameless LED pillars, and our porch lanterns are solar powered with LED modules.
- No weapons. Our western theme includes no firearms, ammunition, firearm parts, holsters, knives or any item usable as a weapon. Decorative castings such as horseshoe bookends and stirrup napkin rings are ornaments and are not functional equipment.
- No wildlife products. We use no exotic, wild or endangered animal materials, no ivory, no CITES-listed species and no real fur. Leather is a by-product of the food industry from lawfully farmed livestock.
- No third-party intellectual property. No film, television, music, sports or brand imagery appears on any product.
03Original design and cultural representation
All geometric, southwestern-influenced and western motifs sold by Saddleridge are original designs created for this store.
Our products are not Native American or American Indian products. They are not made by, for, or in association with any Indian tribe, tribal member, or Indian arts and crafts organisation, and nothing on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise. We do not use tribal names, ceremonial symbols or protected iconography in product names, descriptions, imagery or marketing. This statement is made in line with the Indian Arts and Crafts Act of 1990 and 25 CFR Part 309.
If you believe any description on this site could be misread as claiming Native American origin, tell us at support@outwestboutique.shop and we will review and amend the wording.
04Material descriptions
We describe materials as they are, following the FTC Guides for Select Leather and Imitation Leather Products (16 CFR Part 24) and the Textile Fiber Products Identification Act:
- Genuine leather means animal hide, and we say which part (for example full-grain cowhide).
- Faux leather (PU) means polyurethane on a textile backing. It contains no hide, and we never call it leather without that qualifier.
- Printed pattern means a design printed onto a woven textile. Our hide-look rug is a printed textile, not a skin.
- Fibre content is stated as a percentage on every textile listing.
Natural materials vary. Grain, tone, healed marks, weave irregularity, reactive glaze breaks and timber knots are characteristics of the material and are described as such on the listing. They are not defects and are not grounds for a faulty-goods claim, though they are of course covered by the ordinary 30-day return window.
More detail is on our Materials page.
05Orders and pricing
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at payment where a nexus applies. If you pay with a card denominated in another currency, your bank sets the conversion rate and may add its own fee, which we do not receive and cannot control.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when you submit the form. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if a price was listed in obvious error, if the delivery address is one we cannot ship to, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we decline after taking payment, we refund in full.
Promotions
- Free shipping applies to orders with a subtotal of $75 USD or more, before tax, to the destinations listed in our Shipping Policy.
- First-order discount codes are one use per customer, cannot be combined with another code, and cannot be applied after an order is placed.
- Bundle pricing is the price shown for the bundle. Bundles cannot be split, and a discount code that applies to individual items does not stack on top of a bundle.
- We may withdraw a promotion at any time, but never retroactively on an order already placed.
06Installation, load limits and safe use
Several pieces mount to a wall. Read the stated limits on each listing before fitting anything.
- Adhesive mounting is decorative only and is not a structural fixing. The stated adhesive limit assumes a clean, smooth, sound, non-porous surface. Load capacity on your particular wall is your responsibility.
- Anything heavier than the stated adhesive limit must be screw-fixed, ideally into a stud, using the supplied fixings or fixings suited to your wall type.
- Locate electrical wiring and pipework before drilling. We are not responsible for damage caused by drilling into services.
- Do not exceed the stated shelf or rack load. Distribute weight evenly.
- Keep textiles away from heaters, stoves and other heat sources.
- Cast-iron trivets become hot in use. Placemats are not heat-proof.
- Products containing small parts, such as the loose letter tiles, are not suitable for children under 3 years.
- Battery-powered LED candles and solar lanterns contain cells. Keep them away from children and dispose of them at a battery recycling point.
Where a California Proposition 65 warning applies to a product, it is shown on that product page and supplied with the item.
07Reviews and endorsements
Reviews shown on this site are collected by email from verified orders after delivery and are published without editing their substance. In line with the FTC Endorsement Guides, we do not pay for reviews, do not offer discounts or free product in exchange for them, and do not suppress negative ones. If we ever provide any incentive for a review, that incentive will be disclosed next to the review itself.
08Using this site
The site, its text, photography, illustrations and original patterns are owned by OUT WEST BOUTIQUE, LLC and protected by copyright. You may browse, share links and print pages for personal use. You may not copy our product photography, descriptions or original patterns for commercial use, scrape the site, or resell access to it.
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, submit automated traffic, or use another person’s payment details. If you find a security issue, please tell us at support@outwestboutique.shop rather than exploiting it.
09Payment security
The entire site, including every form, is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Card details are collected and processed by a PCI DSS compliant payment provider. OUT WEST BOUTIQUE, LLC does not receive or store your full card number, expiry date or security code at any point. The amount charged is always the US dollar total shown to you before you confirm.
10Warranty and disclaimers
We warrant that goods will match their description and be free from manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery, in addition to any rights you have under applicable law. This warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, damage from exceeding stated load limits, damage from incorrect installation, or the natural material variation described above.
Room styling suggestions, whether from the Ranch Room Finder or from our team, are decorating opinions from a home decor shop. They are not professional interior design, structural engineering, electrical or safety advice, and you should not treat them as such.
Except as stated in this section and as required by law, the site and the goods are provided without further warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
11Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Subject to that, OUT WEST BOUTIQUE, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
12Disputes and governing law
Please contact us first. Most problems are resolved the same week, and we would rather fix an order than argue about it. If you are considering a payment dispute with your card issuer, contacting us first is faster and usually gets you a better outcome.
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Clay County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties consent to that venue. This does not remove any right you have to bring a claim in your local small claims court where applicable law preserves it.
We also comply with the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act and with the Federal Trade Commission Act in how we describe and advertise these products.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and we keep prior versions on file. Material changes take effect 14 days after the effective date at the top of this page is updated.
